We rebuild your foundation through custom-engineered, 12-week training "seasons" designed specifically for your current baseline:• Phase 1: The Framework (Structural Integrity). I don’t just write the programming; I live the discipline. My pursuit of elite performance started at age 15. For over 35 years, I have made it my mission to research, study, and train under the brightest and most innovative minds in their respective sports. I learned early on that the "standard gym approach" only yields standard results. If you want to actually move the needle, you have to think differently. You have to engineer it.Every single one of my major endurance racing accolades was achieved after my 40th birthday. I built the Framework & Engine methodology by combining my 22 years as a professional educator with a lifetime of learning directly from legends.• The Foundation: 35+ years of elite martial arts discipline, holding a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under the legendary Renzo Gracie and a Karate Black Belt under Tim Hoover.

Over the years, balancing a two-decade career, a marriage, and raising three children, I have had to learn the critical importance of keeping faith and family ahead of fitness and all other pursuits.I manage my life, and my coaching, through the concept of the "Wheel of Life"—eight spokes that keep us moving forward: Faith, Family, Career, Health/Training, Relationships, Finances, Time, and Vision.Depending on the season, certain areas require more energy. But the golden rule is simple: you can shift your focus, but you can never let a single area atrophy, or the wheel inevitably breaks and won't be there for you in the future.I bring this exact philosophy to my clients. I help my clients strategically reframe workouts and navigate their schedules to ensure they keep building their framework and engine without sacrificing the things that actually matter most.
